How to manage your subscription
Life gets busy, and sometimes subscriptions need to be cut. We totally get it.
You can pause your membership instead of cancelling and pick back up whenever you're ready. If you cancel and later choose to rejoin, you'll need to rebuild your profile from scratch and pay the current membership price. If you joined before April 2026 and want to pause, just drop us an email and we'll sort it manually.
If you're unsure whether Elsie is right for you, you can book a call with Emma to talk it through. Just a reminder that Elsie is a business expense, which can often be written off on your taxes. You can read more about that here.
Elsie isn't designed to deliver value in a week. It's a long-term investment, turning £14 per month into opportunities worth thousands. If you joined recently or haven't been very active, you might not have seen the full value yet.

If you signed up after April 2026
You can manage your subscription directly in Mighty (our community platform).If you purchased on the Web:
- Log in on a desktop web browser.
- Go to Personal Settings > Plans and Access > Cancel Subscription.
If you purchased on the Mighty Networks iOS app
You will need to cancel directly through Apple:- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases.
- Choose View Account.
- Scroll to Subscriptions.
- Find the Mighty Networks subscription.
- Select the subscription and tap Cancel.
If you signed up before April 2026
You can manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal here > Manage Subscription.Steps:
- Click the link above.
- Enter the email address associated with your subscription.
- You’ll receive a secure link via email to access the Stripe portal.
- Click the link in your email to log in.
In the Stripe Portal, you can:
- Cancel your subscription (your access to Mighty will be removed automatically)
- Update your payment method
- View billing history and download receipts
