If you’ve ever struggled to articulate what you do in a way that actually feels like you, this session is for you.
This session explores the aspects of yourself that might initially seem irrelevant, including your hobbies, childhood dreams and the pop culture references that shaped you. Jessie shows how these details, when used intentionally, are often what make your story feel human and memorable rather than generic.
In this session, you’ll:
✨ Turn your CV into a story that feels authentic
✨ Identify the thread that connects your varied work
✨ Communicate your experience with clarity and confidence
✨ Bring more depth and personality into how you present yourself

Ok work emojis!….💌🪩🍒📝💋
I had such a fun time watching this workshop, wowowow! Jessie is such a vibrant person who genuinely cares about her peers and the work she does. It was such a joy watching her share her why, and it was incredibly helpful for me as I’m applying for some new jobs at the moment.
This year I’ve worked with SO many clients (In July literally 9 different ones lol), and I always find it tricky to group them all together in a way that sounds sexy for a CV. Jessie made it simple: think back to the why!
When she asked the group, I instantly realised that all my work while varied, is always about representing unheard voices in healthcare whether that’s putting on an event, making social media posts, or supporting with research projects.
It feels like such a simple realisation, but it reminded me how powerful guided reflection can be. Thanks, girlies! 💛
