Let's be honest.
The hesitations we hear most, answered straight.
Elsie has been called a “warm hug” of a community. Anyone with a genuine interest in these fields is welcome and supported, wherever you're starting from.
Fair, and we'd never want Elsie to be a stretch. On the waitlist rate that's £70 a quarter, under 80p a day, and one collaboration through the community more than covers the year. If you use it, it pays for itself.
With love, that's the wrong way round. The networking is what makes the work steady. Build it now, while you can be intentional, and it's holding you up long before the next dry spell.

FAQs
When do cohorts open?
Four to five times a year. The next one opens on October 1st. Waitlist members hear first and claim one of the 25 spots before anyone else, so if the timing matters to you, the waitlist is where to be.
Is Elsie just for women, and just for the UK?
No on both counts. Our members span 15+ countries, and Elsie is for anyone building a career in female & sexual health, whoever you are. The work is what unites us, not a postcode or a gender.
Why is the cohort capped at 25?
Because 1:1 matching and a room where people actually know each other only works small. Past a certain size a community becomes a feed, and a feed is the thing we built Elsie to replace. The cap isn't about work being scarce, there's plenty of that. It's about keeping the room real.
