How to manage your subscription
If you signed up after from April 2026
You can manage your subscription directly within our subscription portal (Mighty).
If you purchased on the Web:
- Log in on a desktop web browser.
- Go to Personal Settings > Plans and Access > Cancel Subscription.
If you purchased on the Mighty Networks iOS app
You will need to cancel directly through Apple:
- Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases.
- Choose View Account.
- Scroll to Subscriptions.
- Find the Mighty Networks subscription.
- Select the subscription and tap Cancel.
- gs > Plans and Access > Cancel Subscription.
Members can also visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund or manage their Apple subscriptions.
If you signed up before April 2026
You can manage your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal here: Manage Subscription.
Steps:
- Click the link above.
- Enter the email address associated with your subscription.
- You’ll receive a secure link via email to access the Stripe portal.
- Click the link in your email to log in.
In the Stripe Portal, you can:
- Cancel your subscription – Your access will automatically be revoked in Mighty once cancelled.
- Update your payment method – Add a new card or change your billing information.
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan – Switch between subscription tiers if applicable.
- View billing history and receipts – Access past invoices and download receipts for your records.
Important: Always cancel through Stripe, NOT Mighty Networks (our community platform), to stop future charges. Cancelling through Mighty Networks will remove platform access but will not stop billing.
